401(k) Success Sharing Plan

AT&T Interactive offers a 100% match on the first 5% of salary that an employee contributes, employees are eligible to enroll in the 401(k) plan on the first of the month following three months of service, the company match is immediately vested. The plan features a variety of investment options with brand name mutual funds.

Employee Assistance Plan (EAP)

This free service aids employees with personal and family issues by offering assistance and referrals. It provides unlimited phone consultations, three free office visits with an EAP counselor, parenting, childcare, eldercare and relationship assistance, legal/financial consultations and a travel assistance program.

Time Off

The company offers paid time off, including seven paid holidays, jury duty, bereavement and time off under the Family Leave Act (FMLA). Annual vacation time varies depending on the total years of service with the company. During an employee's first year the annual accrual would equal 17 days.
